Dining Room

As mentioned in my last post, in order to combat some of my latest stressors, I've fixated on a couple different items we will 100% need once we get in the house. We'll go ahead and cover the dining room options I've been investigating :)

I'm probably sinking too much energy into the whole Timeline/Rate Lock/Construction Completion..... but I am the worrier in this house.

I love [this one] from Room-To-Go:

ROOMS-TO-GO "Centura":   51" Diameter   $888.00

Obviously, the style of this one drew me first... Faux-Concrete top, scraped/textured wood legs. The price was amazing also. The photo above is from their 4th of July Sale. However, as luck would have it, I finally caved and got a Costco Membership and in one of my first few trips, I saw they have an awesome "Square to Round" drop-leaf table that is somewhat larger, same color scheme, and only a smidge more expensive. (The blue chairs also come in beige.)

COSTCO "Leyton":   65" Diameter   $999.99

For a while, I thought I'd have to pick out of these 2, and I was leaning towards the Costco version simply because of the fact it could sit more people and the Rooms-To-Go version cannot be expanded. But then I got frisky and started Googling... which is where I found this little gem...

OVERSTOCK "Garrison":   60" Diameter   $713.99

Could it be?... a blend of the two [this one] from Overstock.com.... It's cheaper than both, has a prettier base than the Costco one, is a happy medium of size - falling exactly in the middle of R2G and Costco... and it also has a Lazy Susan feature in the middle!.... I did a quick search and did not see any decent results on Wayfair.

Decisions, Decisions.

[EDIT TO UPDATE:] Following Construction Meeting No.2 and taking specific measurements of the dining room, we think the Overstock.com option will be our best bet.
