Going Down

I have a Fancy-Schmancy Wifi/Smart Scale and it tracks a crap ton of things in addition to weight. Generally, people have a tendency to be fixated on one set of numbers: WEIGHT (lbs), so I'm choosing to instead go by BMI.

Essentially the same, but not.

It's a way for me to share my ups and downs without divulging the actual number... since people can be so judgmental about it.

Ironically, this downward trend 100% coincides with when I started Keto - which, in itself, is majorly impressive. With numerous witnesses that can attest to my dedication, I had been obsessing over calories and whatnot for quite some time prior to this... with no progress. So, seeing an obvious trend matching my Keto dedication - I dig it.

One thing about my scale that drives me nuts... but actually keeps me accountable: it's always watching me. I can't step on the scale for a sneak peek without it putting the results in my official log. And you can't delete entries from your official log (at least that I'm aware of). So, there's no way to cheat the system with it.
